Order Amendments and Cancellations
Please contact us immediately for order cancellations or amendments before they are processed and shipped out. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us detailing your order and shipping details. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email when your order has been shipped from us.

If you do not receive any Order Confirmation emails, please contact us.

Postage Costs 

We have special rates for delivery to Melbourne, Victoria, Australian customers who live within a 30 km radius of the CBD (Central Business District only). Postage is flat rate $6.95 with FREE Registered Postage tracking, with a 1-2 day delivery tirnaround.  If you are unsure if you live within a 30km radius of the Victorian CBD, please call or email us. (P.O Box adddresses do not apply for this special rate of $6.95).

Please Note: Automatically on checkout your order will calculate postage according to product size & weight of items ordered. Please ensure you select the correct postage rates on checkout.

Please contact us first for a quote for postage to some parts of QLD, WA & NT. We may contact you if extra payment is required.

Registered Post is recommended and is extra $2.95. Registered Post allows for easy tracking of parcel, damage and requires a signature upon delivery and covers up to $100 insurance of the value of item.

Just Toy'n Around will not be held responsible for items going astray / lost in the mail / damage, when appropriate insurance is not purchased.

We recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will sign for the package. If you are unable to sign off parcel at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left at the premise directing you to the nearest Australia Post outlet or that you may need to contact and arrange a suitable time for collection / postage with our Courier Services.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect and contact us if there are any issues.

Delivery within Australia
For quick & efficient postage of your order, we use the services of Australia Post and Courier Services for all our deliveries.

Products are thoroughly checked before we pack and send your order within 1 - 2 working days of cleared payment to us.

If your order is urgent, contact us for an Express Post costing.  We will provide a quote for Express Post Service.

Note: These averages are based on delivery to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take a little longer.

We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post and Couriers to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.  Whilst we will ship promptly and efficiently, please understand that there may be delays from time to time which are out of our control, even postal damage.

International Delivery
For all International overseas deliveries including New Zealand, we ask that customers email  via our contact us page first for a delivery quote before proceeding with payment. We send parcels overseas with Australia Post International AirmaiI. You may visit www.auspost.com.au to view rates of postage for International locations. Postcode we send from is: 3109

If you live outside Australia and would like a gift to be delivered within Australia to a loved one, we can arrange that for you.

We can include a personalised message on your behalf. Leave a comment or detailed message at checkout.

We also offer a Deluxe Gift Wrap Service. Have your gift beautifully gift wrapped for an extra $3.50 or larger gifts $5.95.

What materials we use to send your order:

We may use recycled boxes and bubble wrap material to send your order in. We may also use thick and durable paper wrap material with cotton twine to wrap your parcel.

Most parcels are bubble wrapped to ensure that damage does not occur.

We cannot guarantee that when your parcel arrives that it will sustain any damage. In the event that it does please contact us immediately so we may rectify the problem. Just Toy'n Around will not be held responsible for items going astray / lost in the mail / damage, when appropriate insurance is not purchased for $2.95.
